Start off your week with some deep rejuvenation, nourishment & relaxation. An outdoor spa experience integrating wood fired sauna & cold plunge followed by a Hatha yoga flow & sound healing journey. Join us for a deeply grounding and restorative evening as we transition into the stillness of winter. Mackenzie will guide a slow and restorative yoga flow designed to help you move inward, slow down, and nourish your body's energetic roots and reservoirs of vitality.
As you settle into savasana, Cadie will offer a few gentle acupuncture points to help you integrate the themes of the practice. These points are intentionally chosen to nourish and support immunity and to help release physical or energetic tension that no longer serves as we enter a new season. We’ll close our evening together with a warm cup of tea shared in quiet reflection… a moment to seal in the nourishment and rest.

Join Mackenzie Rae on New Year's Day to start your year with presence, purpose, and nourishing movement. In this 2 hour workshop, you'll be guided through a slow, grounding yoga flow designed to connect you to your breath, body, and inner awareness. From this centered space, you'll be guided through a series of reflective journaling prompts to honor the past year and explore what you’re ready to call in for the upcoming year.
We’ll close by crafting a personal Sankalpa, a heartfelt intention drawn from your own inner wisdom and insight to anchor your vision for the year ahead. There will be space at the end for small group shares and connection in community. Please bring a journal, pen and a sacred object to have with you on your mat.
